It blooms.....

CHASE YOUR DREAM'S

It was a calm and quiet day . After my school timetable it was my time to get into my homework's . There is a heap of work to complete , BUT  my tiredness and the curse of laziness faints me to my books.
DELIGHTED with my twilight dreams , I falls with it . My suspicious mother comes to my room , sees I'm fainting .She taps my shoulder and roars at me .....
Suddenly I wake up ....
I miss my present station. Mom quest for something to toss at me... When I get back to my consciousness and realized the reality I explained her that am just following my teachers words and yet not at all sleeping...
Faulting with rile she asked "what did your teacher says".
"CHASE YOUR DREAMS" I says her mischievously. Thus she looks at me doubtly . Unbowed with smile I said "and so I just follows it............"
Then it seems the HORROR HOUR.

PROBLEMS FACED BY WOMEN , HOW TO EMPOWER THEM

WHAT ARE THE ISSUES FACED BY WOMEN TODAY ? HOW CAN WE EMPOWER THEM?

"If you educate a boy, you train a man. If you  educate a girl,you train a village"

By borrowing these words from an African adage I would like to welcome our respected teachers and all my friends who have gathered here.

    Friends, today I would like to say a few words about the issues faced by women today and can we empower them.Before thinking about this question we should know that who is a women. I would say that a women is a well played artist ,she plays her role from dawn to dusk .She acts as a daughter ,a wife ,a mother ,and more and more as a slave to all others happiness.

      But she is facing many problems from dawn to dusk in the society and the family too.The first and the main problem faced is gender inequality that in family and in society.She lacks proper education and opportunities and many other problems in her family life and in the workplace . She is not payed equally as there is a saying 'equal pay for equal work'. She doesn't get proper health care and moreover religious ,cultural,and social environment is hostile to her . She gets only limited opportunities in social and political leadership . Other problems include child marriage, female infanticide,selective abortion,honour killing, domestic violence etc,etc.
       The only reason for all these  issues faced by women in today's society is because 'she is born as women  '. She is suppressed to be in the four walls off home and wants to be like a machine . She  has no rights for getting concession , decision making or even to get a pinch of love.
       Women empowerment is the only remedy to make a women to get out of the four walls of her problems . For that the important thing is education. Education is the foundation upon which everything is built .So it should be ensured that compulsory and quality education is provided to get girl child .Then the next is changing of traditional concepts and enacting laws for the safety of women at home and in workplace.
        Organization of women empowerment campaigns made a better change. Provide women  with proper health care because they have denied all it for us. Provide them chances in employment  and parlementary election . Above all this eradicate the social taboos that against women and make changes in religious and  social freedom for women.Ensure strict punishment for crime against women and also ensuring equal pay for equal work through legistlation .
        Let her blooms . Allow her to spread the fragnance and thus  give birth to new changes. Make her free and let's she fly up.
